A Maid 2 Order in MIDLAND is a high end, professional maid service specializing in residential and commercial cleans in Midland. Our Maid service has several openings for unexperienced or experienced, dependable housekeepers.
We are looking for candidates for the crew member position with a track record of excellent service with a firm or organization that contracts with residential and commercial clients. Our maid company serves a wide variety of neighborhoods and business’s offering our clients several packages, which means your work load will change from day to day.
We do, however, have consistent work available for the ideal applicant and we offer competitive wages for the industry. Advancement is possible with our company if you perform well. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who wants steady employment in the maid industry.
Crew member responsibilities:
- Timely attendance
- Maintain professional and uniformed appearance
- Maintain a professional work environment
- Fulfill obligations based on the package each client select
- Follow company rules and policies at all times

A Maid 2 Order Offers the following benefits:

Schedule
- Workdays are Monday through Thursday.
- Arrival time is 4:30am. Departure time is between 2:30-3:30pm.
- We are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday giving you time for personal appointments and weekends with your family.
- We are closed the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, & Christmas Day. Eligible for paid holidays upon completion of your 6-month review.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
A Maid 2 Order was established in 2005 by a single mom working out of her garage. Since then, it has moved to the Permian Basin, and has expanded to include one cleaning crew with plans to add two more cleaning crews over the next two years. We serve clients in Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, and Stanton.
We offer multiple cleaning plans and rotations to our clients to provide a truly customized clean. The owner has developed a unique process for cleaning that makes our cleans quick and efficient. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and reward our crew members for excellent service.
